Who we are

For the past five years, Sophie has been pouring lattes and crafting community from her beloved coffee camper. What started as a little rolling café quickly became a local favorite — fueling early mornings, study sessions, and countless conversations.

Now, thanks to the support of Colorado School of Mines, Sophie’s dream has grown into a brick-and-mortar coffeehouse and gathering space. Located inside the brand-new student housing complex, this café is built for connection — with plenty of room to study, meet friends, and enjoy everything from fresh pastries and breakfast to craft beer and wine in the evenings.

Sophie’s mission is simple: serve great coffee, create community, and make everyone feel at home.
